2. Description of Service

strapix provides an AI-powered alt text generation plugin for Strapi CMS. The service automatically generates descriptive alt text for images uploaded to your Strapi Media Library to improve accessibility and SEO.

3. Account Registration

To use strapix, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License and Usage

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the strapix plugin in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the plugin
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key with unauthorized parties
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of alt text generations per billing period. If you exceed your plan limits, additional generations may be blocked until your next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you process through strapix. You must have the necessary rights to use and process these images. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates applicable laws or our acceptable use policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, strapix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated alt text will be completely accurate or suitable for all purposes. You should review and edit generated content as needed.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that may affect your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where strapix is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
